These terms describe how Livdomo uses SMS messaging to keep you informed about your applications, lease, and property-related communications. Please read them carefully before enrolling in or continuing to use our SMS program.

1. DOMO Living SMS Notifications

DOMO Living ("Domo," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to keep tenants, applicants, and prospective residents informed about their lease applications, property updates, maintenance alerts, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, and other property management communications. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number through our website at livdomo.com, our mobile app, or by texting START to our messaging number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from DOMO Living. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any Domo service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week, including but not limited to:

  • Lease application status updates
  • Appointment and tour reminders
  • Payment confirmations and rent reminders
  • Maintenance and building notifications
  • Account and security alerts
4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Domo is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from DOMO Living. If you want to rejoin, text START to our number.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, messaging availability may vary by carrier.

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and opt-in data collected through our SMS program will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.livdomo.com/privacy. 9. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

10. Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. DOMO Living is also not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages, including issues caused by carrier networks, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.
